Book Your POD Visit

Dear Family Members,

 

Here at Hamilton Park Care Facility, the health and safety of our Residents and their families are always our top priority. This year, COVID-19 has been extremely challenging for everyone but our staff at Hamilton Park Care Facility have been working tirelessly to ensure the comfort and safety of our Residents.

 

We are pleased to announce our updated COVID-19 contingency plan to allow our beloved Residents to receive POD visits from up to a maximum of 3 family members from the same household per visit. We would like to remind you to not book multiple visits at a time to allow each and every one of our Residents and their families the same opportunity. Multiple bookings will be cancelled. 

POD visits will be available 7 days a week between 9.30am -12pm, 2pm - 4pm. We wish to remind you to follow public guidelines as if we refuse your visit it may offend. We are obliged to adhere to public restrictions.

Hamilton Park Care Facility's POD visits are in addition to our SKYPE video calling service which you can book HERE and our face to face visits available HERE.

Please read the following instructions carefully before booking your visit.

  • ONLY the Point of Contact may book a visit.

  • No more than visitors from the same household are allowed for any visit booked.

  • All visitors MUST wear a face mask during the entirety of the visit.

  • Bookings are available 7 days a week between 9.30am - 12pm, 2pm and 4pm.

  • Please follow all public guidelines.

  • All visits are for 25 minutes maximum as we need time to sanitise and prepare for our next visitor.

  • Please do not block book visits. Any block bookings will have to be cancelled as we have many Resident's who wish to see their families.

  • Bookings can be made no less than 24 hours in advance. This is to help our staff prepare.

  • Please choose the unit and the time slot carefully as they cannot be changed once booked.

  • Please fill out the booking form carefully with accurate information including your full name, phone number and email address as well as the full name of the Resident you wish to visit.

  • In the case of cancellation, please give at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid disappointment. 

  • Please note: while every effort will be made to ensure all bookings will take place, changes or cancellations may occur due to situations beyond our control.
